1. The difference between the two options is that you would select the one for "Denali Exchange Data Feed with for SC Order Routing Service" if you are using the SC Order Routing Service. If you are not using the SC Order Routing Service, then you select the "Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

You are not using the SC Order Routing Services, so you would need to select the option for "Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

You will find more information on the SC Order Routing Service here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

2. The Denali Exchange Data Feed with the exchange you referenced would be $28.25 USD per month. You would only get the $12.00 USD credit if you have both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active in that month.

3. Yes, if you are wanting to continue to get data from the HKFE, then you need to continue to pay the $41.00 USD for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You would then add the $28.25 USD per month for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and then you would get the $12.00 USD per month credit to your account for having both data feeds active.
