Hello,

In the morning, I get my Market data in real time. But, at 3:30 p.m. in the open US markets, I am not receiving the Market stream from Rithmic in real time. My graphics very often late.

I noticed that the opening of the next candle is not done with the clock (timing) on the software screen, but is delayed from 2 to 35 seconds.

Often the delay (opening of the next 2min candle) is so huge 20 to 35s that I am forced to click on the DISCONNECT button and then click on CONNECT to force SIERRA CHART to update my graph.

I tried the old versions of SIERRA CHART. But it's always the same.

I thought it was an internet connection problem. To do this, I switched from a 4G mobile internet service provider 10Mbps to another internet service fiber optics provider using 30 Mbps. But the problem persists.

Since last week, I only use a chartbook including 3 charts (MESM0-MNQM0 and MYMM0) on a time unit of 1H and only one DOM.

I also encounter daily difficulties updating my charts. When updating my different this error message is displayed:

« Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for NQM0-CME. Historical data request rejected because there is currently another historical data request active. »

I don't know what other active historical data request SIERRA CHART is talking about to the point of rejecting all of my update requests each time.

Due to this delay, I cannot take a position from OPEN US. I cannot work properly and take advantage of the great opportunities that the market offers to traders.

Please help me resolve this issue which is preventing my charts from being updated.

Can you help me receive my rithmic data in real time when open to US markets.

How to remedy this situation?

Are you aware that Sierra Chart has completely discontinued technical support for Rithmic:
Regarding Rithmic (Our Final Post on this Subject)

We strongly advise that you move away from Rithmic as soon as possible. We strongly recommend if you are just trading the US markets that you switch to this service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Now if anyone wonders why among numerous reasons, we are removing support for Rithmic, this post is a good example. There are others as well.

When using the Sierra Chart provided data feeds, which you currently are not, if you notice any data lag, then refer to:

Hello,
Thank you for the promptness with which you replied to the message. I trade only the American markets MES (CME), MNQ (CME), MYM (CBOT).
But often in the mornings at OPEN at 9:00 AM, I use movements on FDAX (EUREX) to place a few orders on the American markets MES-MNQ- MYM.

1. If I want to benefit from the same services as in the past EUREX, CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, how much will this new service cost me which should I subscribe to have the best flow?

2. If I want to benefit only from the flow of the American markets CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, how much will this new service cost me which should I subscribe to have the best flow?

Looking forward to reading your comment.

We are going to respond in reverse order of the way you asked the questions, as the EUREX would be additional cost to the CME Group. The following costs are for the data only. Sierra Chart costs will continue as they are now for you.

We are also giving you pricing based on using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. If you are not using this service for your trading, then you would incur an additional $5.00 USD per month charge.

All prices listed are per month and are in USD.

For the CME Group Data:
- Denali Exchange Data Feed With Sierra Chart Order routing: $20.00
- Full CME Group With Market Depth for Non-Professionals Exchange: $31.20
Sub-Total: $51.20

For EUREX Data
- Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (20 symbols): $25.00
- EUREX with Market Depth: $21.00
Sub-Total: $46.00

- Credit to your account for each month in which both Denali and Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds are active: $12.00
Total for CME Group and EUREX (including account credit): $85.20

----------------

If you do not need Market Depth or all of the CME Group then the CME Exchange Fee could be less.

You will find the information for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And the information for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here:

I do not need Market Depth or all of the CME Group.

When I was at RITMIC with Stage5, I benefited from:
$20 for Rithmic ;
$21 for CME bundle ;
$21 for Eurex.
Please, can you help me benefit from a similar service at home as when I was at RITHMIC?

What is the amount of the final invoice, if I choose:
- Groupe CME complet avec profondeur de marché pour les échanges non professionnels: 31,20 $
- EUREX avec profondeur de marché: 21,00 $

That would be the number we gave you above - $85.20.

The only way to reduce this number is to select a different CME Exchange, or to not have the EUREX data.

Please, I want to fully understand why I ask a lot of questions. What will then be the amount of the final invoice, if I do not choose EUREX?

Without EUREX is $51.20. This includes the exchange for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals".

I will settle for the moment for this CME package of $ 51.20. I hope that the data is really of quality in order to work in peace in the American markets.

What is the next step to take?

You selected the option for the Denali Exchange Feed with the SC Order Routing. To use this, you need to get setup on the SC Order Routing Service. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

If you are not going to use that service, but are going to continue to trade with Rithmic, then you will need to select the "Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

RITHMIC does not meet my aspirations, which is why I want to benefit from a new efficient flow. Did I configure correctly or incorrectly by choosing the option at $20 ?

You cannot use the 20 USD per month option with the Denali data feed until such time that you have an account on the Sierra Chart order routing service which you do not.

You need to add more credit to your account and change to this option:
"Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services".

You can do this here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit

and then here:

I would like to know why, you have to credit the account. But it says that the Denali Exchange data flow is free the first month it is activated.

It was our mistake. We have changed it over for you now.

If you look at your transactions, you will see a credit for $16.00 then a debit for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for $16.00.

You are now setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just to ensure that your trading account information is updated, select File >> Disconnect then File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Somewhere you also misled me, you told me that:
<< Without EUREX is $51.20. This includes the exchange for the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals". >>,

this is what led me to choose the $ 20 option. Finally the service will be billed at $56.20/month.

To avoid latencies in connection to the SIERRA CHART servers,
1. how many CHARTS (graphics) do you recommend opening simultaneously on the SIERRA CHART software?

2. Is it advisable to open several charts on different time units simultaneously?

3. When should I pay my Denali Exchange data flow bill payment?

1. You have to make your own determination. There is no way we can answer this.

2. This does not matter.

3. Information about this is here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

Make sure there is enough credit added to renew services, before the end of this month.
