Hello,

I just signed up for Service Level 5 and the Denali Exchange. I am unclear as to how to get real time Micro Mini's data, such as MES / MNQ / M2K, and ideally US Equities data for etf's such as TLT / QQQ / IWM etc. Do I need to open a futures trading account with one of your approved brokers to get real time data?

I use Trade Station and TD Ameritrade to trade futures, options, and equities.

Thank you

Tony

The reason why you are not getting the Real-Time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed is because you have not completed the setup. You need to select the particular exchange(s) for which you want to receive the data. You can activate the exchange(s) on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Be aware of the need to connect once a month to a supported trading service in order to validate at the Non-Professional rate for the CME Group of exchanges. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

We have the following service available if you do not have a connection to one of our supported trading partners:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

If you also want the U.S. Equities data, then you can get that through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You will find more information on this data feed and the pricing and Setup Instructions on this page:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Also, be aware that to help offset the cost of needing both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, we will credit your account for $10.00 USD each month that you are using both.

OK thank you John. So in order to activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, I need to have a funded futures trading account with an approved broker, correct? I have opened and am funding one with AMP today. Once I do this, then I can successfully subscribe to the given data feeds I require within both Sierra Chart and the Denali Exchanges. Am I correct?
