Charts will not load with data until I use the [edit - translate symbols to current] feature, not only the first time but EVERY time. It also takes a long time to populate charts with data, a lot longer than on other data services.

Chartbooks are saved. (like you previously advised) Yet, this is happening every time

Basically this problem makes zero technical sense and no one has ever reported anything like this. It really is an impossibility unless the Chartbook is actually just not getting saved.

At the time you have this problem and when you translate the symbols, do you notice that the symbols of the charts change? If so, what was the symbol previously and what did the symbol get changed to? We just need to know about one chart only.

And when you open the Chartbook, tell us a symbol of one of the charts before translating the symbols.

After using the feed for a couple of days and many startups, what appears to be happening is that it is loading data, but VERY slowly. It takes about 15 minutes to load up charts, whereas it took my old Rithmic feed about a minute all told.

Also, there are some issues with intraday data not loading correctly on some daily timeframe chart I use. I set them to load 180 days but they only load about 20-30 days of data, and they are set to continuous contract with date rule rollover.

If I press edit-translate symbols, they reload much faster for some reason.

This is not a data feed specific issue at all. It simply could not be.

Refer to this subsection:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.12 - Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Historical Data Record Time Frame. (30.12 - Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. Historical Data Record Time Frame.)

. I set them to load 180 days but they only load about 20-30 days of data, and they are set to continuous contract with date rule rollover.
Refer to the instructions here to re-download the data :
