Basically this problem makes zero technical sense and no one has ever reported anything like this. It really is an impossibility unless the Chartbook is actually just not getting saved. At the time you have this problem and when you translate the symbols, do you notice that the symbols of the charts change? If so, what was the symbol previously and what did the symbol get changed to? We just need to know about one chart only.
