Problem with orders placement and cancellation against TRansact

Hello Support,

I just upgraded Sierra from version 2066 to 2083 and now experiencing issues with order cancellation placed from the chart. When order is canceled (regardless if this is a single order or an attached order, the main order remains on the chart for at least 90 seconds before disappearing and also generate errors in the Trade log (see below). This was not happening in the version 2066.

I am using Denali data feed and connecting to a Transact Sim account.

We are looking into this issue now. We have had a few reports of this but when we tested last week we could not reproduce but we do see it now.

We now have determined the reason for the problem. We are putting out a new release to resolve this. The problem is that the client-side identifier for the order is overflowing the size of a 32-bit integer which Transact uses for this value. We have started to use a larger value which is not a problem when the client identifier is a string but it creates a problem when there is a limit of a 32-bit integer.

This issue is not going to affect everyone. We would expect a smaller number of users.

Please allow about an hour for the new release.

Thank you Support, one other issue related to this I have noticed is that when Attached orders are placed from Sierra they are reflected properly on the Sierra side but NOT showing up on the Transact DOM, only the main order is shown on the DOM and when it gets filled, the child orders are not reflected. So while the Sierra manages the target child orders and trailing stop order correctly they are no longer reflected on Transact DOM as they were in version 2066.

Update: I have downloaded pre-release 2084 and the problem is now fixed.

No, the issue is now resolved, this why I wanted to post the update. 2084 have fixed it.
