We now have determined the reason for the problem. We are putting out a new release to resolve this. The problem is that the client-side identifier for the order is overflowing the size of a 32-bit integer which Transact uses for this value. We have started to use a larger value which is not a problem when the client identifier is a string but it creates a problem when there is a limit of a 32-bit integer. This issue is not going to affect everyone. We would expect a smaller number of users. Please allow about an hour for the new release.
