I have not been able to login as of Wednesday of this week. Keep getting a CQG WebAPI/Market Data logon unsuccessful. As you requested I've spoken with AMP (FCM) to see if the problem was on that end. They have reassured me that I'm active on their end. I'm paying for Sierra Charts and Denali data feed through Sierra. Someone from Sierra remote logged in and help me setup on my computer about three months ago. Please make sure I'm getting Denali data feed and not CQG. In File --> Data/Service (Am I supposed to be using CQG WebAPI [trading]? This has gone for a while and I don't mind paying the .75/minute to get this resolved. Both AMP and Sierra is telling me to contact the other. AMP has told me that I'm active from their end. What's needs to be done next for me to login successfully? |

We cannot help with CQG connection problems. Only your broker can help with those. Here is information about the different CQG error messages: CQG Trading Platform Service: Common Error Messages If you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you are only trading the CME group of markets then we recommend that you switch from CQG to the TT order routing: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service And then you will also save 5 USD a-month and the data feed.
