I have not been able to login as of Wednesday of this week.
Keep getting a CQG WebAPI/Market Data logon unsuccessful.
As you requested I've spoken with AMP (FCM) to see if the problem was on that end.
They have reassured me that I'm active on their end.
I'm paying for Sierra Charts and Denali data feed through Sierra.
Someone from Sierra remote logged in and help me setup on my computer about three months ago.
Please make sure I'm getting Denali data feed and not CQG.
In File --> Data/Service (Am I supposed to be using CQG WebAPI [trading]?
This has gone for a while and I don't mind paying the .75/minute to get this resolved.
Both AMP and Sierra is telling me to contact the other.
AMP has told me that I'm active from their end.
What's needs to be done next for me to login successfully?
