Hi, I think you may of misunderstood my message I can take the call between 8am-12pm but I need at least a rough time because I won’t be at me desktop that whole time, so I just don’t want you to call and I’m not ready. A rough time is fine for example between 9 & 10am as an example. Let me know cheers.

User called. Adjusted the Order Fills Start Date-Time in the Chart Settings.

We also reported an issue to CQG regarding an order rejection. We will post here when we hear from them.

Regarding the rejection:
Text: The order type is not allowed for the commodity

It relates to the Time in Force. You have that set the Good Till Date-Time. Set that to Day or Good Till Canceled:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

We have some information from CQG about the time in force being specified when using Good Till Date-Time and we will look into that.

We are still looking into the Constant Range Scale on a TPO Profile chart and how the different modes work with that.

Hi I will take a look at that when I’m at my desk (630am) here. With regards to the constant range issue, I had my iPad ready to do a short video yesterday but it didn’t do it so whatever you did yesterday if anything it never jumped. I will double-check that again later to confirm that is no longer an issue. Many thanks.

We did reset the right side scale by double-clicking on it. Here is the full documentation for resetting the scale:

Right this where I am at. My DOM works again fine, my trade activity log all good. The screen jumping on the New York Open has stopped. The only thing not fixed now is the P&L on the DOM resetting it appears to of reset a bit later, I remember you went to a certain setting (file attached) but nothing seems to work, it’s so annoying because it mixes me up on P&L for the day.

Please understand we are very busy, and we have already provided a lot of help. We looked at the settings during a remote assistance session and the reset will be as documented here:
Trade Activity Log: Understanding Daily Trade Statistics Reset Time

We did confirm the resetting works properly. So we see no reason why there would be a resetting occurring at an unexpected time. And this is not something that really ever gets reported to us.

The best we can think of right now is to add additional logging to confirm what you are saying or see if there is another cause. And to see if the resetting is occurring at an unexpected time relative to the Session Times.

When we helped you, there was no problem that we could observe with the settings which would be the cause of this. So we really were not sure what the issue was causing the reset or exactly what the circumstances were.

And it is always important that we have proper technical confirmation of an issue because sometimes the way that problems are reported to us is not very clear or there can be a misunderstanding or the cause of the issue is unrelated to what the user might think.

Based on another user report of this, we did discover what the problem is and it is now resolved. We will have version 2092 out later today.

Hi, I have downloaded the latest version 2092 I am looking at my DOM and it doesn’t seemed to have done anything to fix my problem as I am looking at yesterday’s loss. Which shouldn’t be there.

We were going to follow up with you. The first revision of 2092, had a mistake related to this where where it was converting in the wrong direction to/from UTC related to the reset time in the Trades list. Previously the wrong time zone was being used because you have overridden the time zone in the chart. That was the core issue.
