When we helped you, there was no problem that we could observe with the settings which would be the cause of this. So we really were not sure what the issue was causing the reset or exactly what the circumstances were. And it is always important that we have proper technical confirmation of an issue because sometimes the way that problems are reported to us is not very clear or there can be a misunderstanding or the cause of the issue is unrelated to what the user might think.
