not getting live data

I'm not getting live data from Denali feed.. upon opening chartbook says "symbol unknown" for es and mes.
This was working fine a few days ago. Has something changed I'm not aware of..?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We see what the problem is. The exchange fee did not get renewed because you do not have enough money on your account. The CME has raised their prices. Add more credit and activate the exchange here:

Thanks, I assumed there was a reasonable explanation.
I was thrown because the account control panel said i was paid for the next 69 days.
I assumed when i initially added funds that it would be available to cover CME fees going forward, but it appears they were applied to Sierra Chart usage instead. ok.
