Yes I have tried it with different feeds to no success. Have also looked at others DOMs on Sierra same issue. Think its just the way they are built and to get the fluidity of a Jigsaw or TT DOM they would have to re-invent the wheel.

No this is definitively untrue. It makes no sense at all. We do not observe this kind of problem that you are saying ever when the markets are active. This is something that is rarely reported.

As a test do the following:

Close all of you Chartbooks you are using.
Open a single trading DOM.
Set the Chart Update Interval in Chart >> Chart Settings to 100 ms.
Use the delayed exchange data feed (Essential):
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

Look at a symbol like ESU20 when the markets are active. You can see the updating is very fast and very fluid. If not, there must be some issue with the connectivity.

I have the same problem. I used Jigsaw before this month. The more Sierra charts I open, the slower the doms become.

This is an old thread. We are locking it. Please do not post in here.

Yes, Yes absolutely that is true! That should just be common sense. You cannot put more load, and expect no slowdown. You will absolutely have a slowdown. That is not a problem and is expected and is solved through using sub instances of Sierra Chart and adding more CPU cores to your system.

Do not expect from us the impossible! This is something that you must solve on your side and you have more than the capability in Sierra Chart to do this.
