Think its just the way they are built and to get the fluidity of a Jigsaw or TT DOM they would have to re-invent the wheel. No this is definitively untrue. It makes no sense at all. We do not observe this kind of problem that you are saying ever when the markets are active. This is something that is rarely reported.
