Hello tell me if I can use your platform to trade futures through Interactive Brokers. When paying for access, you receive a message: - for reliable trading on the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, ICE US, ICE Europe and EUREX futures markets from Sierra Chart, we recommend using the Sierra Chart order routing service instead of interactive brokers. There are many advantages and a high degree of stability and reliability compared to interactive brokers. Interactive brokers can still be used for trading stocks and Forex, as well as for trading in other futures markets not listed above. This service does not work with interactive brokers and requires an account with another clearing firm.

Yes you can trade futures through Interactive Brokers. This will be fine. That message is just about an alternative to Interactive Brokers but you can ignore that.

And one more question: how do I merge contracts? And now I'm testing the trial version, how does it differ from the extended version for $ 36 per month?

And tell me after activating the subscription, do I need to make additional settings or not?

We only have these Interactive Brokers set up instructions:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

how do I merge contracts?
Not sure what you mean but have a look at the Continuous Futures Contract feature:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

And now I'm testing the trial version, how does it differ from the extended version for $ 36 per month?
They are the same.

And tell me after activating the subscription, do I need to make additional settings or not?
You just need to follow the setup instructions given above

Hello, tell me how can I configure the correct display of the footprint chart, otherwise the information in the clusters is not displayed correctly. After some time I click delete all data and download and everything falls into place

We see you are using Interactive Brokers. You cannot use Interactive Brokers data with the Numbers Bars study. It will not be accurate. You need to use one of the Sierra Chart Real-time data feeds. Information is here:

Tell me about the correct data for footprint, I need to buy data from an IB broker, plus to this if I want more accurate data, then I need to buy it also from you. Or can I not buy from IB? And only to buy from you, but then how to trade?

You only need to use the data feed from Sierra Chart. You can cancel any data feed from Interactive Brokers.

I can't figure out how much I will pay to use CME data plus USA stocks. I will need to pay you for example 20 symbols real-time $ 25 and even the exchange itself also needs to pay? And what is the difference between the price with market depth and without? Please explain to me, because I have to translate and some things I can't understand?

Hi User554094, would you like to do a phone call to talk through all this?

You will need to enable both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the USA Stocks. Then you will need to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME data.

The Market Depth data is also called the Order Book. It is the number of resting orders at each price level for the instrument. You do not need this for the Numbers Bars (Footprint) charts. But we do not know if you may need this for other purposes in how you trade.

Here is the breakdown of the costs for the data:

Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed - 20 Symbols: $25.00 USD
US Equities for Non-Professionals: $10.50 USD

Denali Exchange Data Feed: $25:00 USD
CME Group for Non-Professionals with Market Depth: $15.75 USD

Credit for using both data feeds: - 10.00 USD

Total per month: $66.25 USD
