i was in trial period, and i could to work with the studie number bars ( and i put the vol profile by candle and candle), but now i update and make the payment of 26usd per month, and it dosent work

The Numbers Bars study requires Package 5 of Sierra Chart. You are on Package 3. During the Trial Period you had access to the full functionality of the software as if you were using Package 5. Refer to the information here for the differences between the packages:

In order to change the Service Package you are using go to this page and make the change in the Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled" section:

Note that changing your Service Package level will only change the end-date of your Usage Time. Therefore it is not necessary to add additional funds right away when making this change.

As we mentioned, your usage time will adjust based on what you have already paid and what package you select. For example, your current usage time is set to end on April 15, 2020. When you change to Package 5, the Usage Time End Date will move to an earlier date. There is nothing else you need to do.

Yes. Really.

As we have stated. Your Usage End Time will change when you change your package - it will become earlier than it is right now. This is how we handle these kind of changes. We do not ask for more money, we just change the time that you have available.

That is all that will happen. Then when it is time to renew, you will have to pay the 36 USD for the new package level.

They told me that before I should tell you to unsubscribe and then they would unsubscribe. becasuse i am several days with sierra chart, and i like it, and i want to keep with it.

Your Sierra Chart account is just about to expire. So at this point there is nothing to do. It expires April 5. And this is really too little of a time to be doing any refund or any adjustments.
