Sierra Charts slow to respond, charts are lagging behind my DOM with Infinity Futures??? Need to resolve this issue.

If I change data providers to Denali....what does that mean to me operationally? Will I still be using Infinity Futures to log into Sierra and will I still be using the Infinity Futures DOM? Or if I change to Denali will everything change and I will no longer be involved with Infinity Futures or just the new data service will change? I am not very technical and this software change disussion is confusing. Does Sierra Charts support provide help with installing a new data service? Thanks.

Yes this will be the case but wait until we make the Denali Exchange Data Feed directly available for your Sierra Chart account that you get through Infinity/Transact. We should have that done in a couple of days.

Once we have the above complete, then it is just a matter of activating the Denali data feed and that is all. We can help you with that.

I downloaded the new pre-release version 2061.

It seems to be working well.

I will be giving it a test for a few days before I make my final decision.

Thank you for your help and follow up in this matter, I will let you know if I want to still move forward with Denali.
