10-year user of TransAct/SC, have never had any issues other than occasional glitches, now my one ES chart takes 5 minutes to load, whatever you did over the last week with the connection failed. Running Windows 7 64-bit, same system for years, only until last week had issues with chart loading. Just upgraded from 2060 to 2063 since you said you would fix the issue over the weekend, but same problem, still takes 5 minutes to load basic ES chart 2-range tick only 20 days of data. Would take about 10-20 seconds to load before, now 5 minutes. Please get this fixed before Monday morning. Thx

whatever you did over the last week with the connection failed.
No this is definitively totally and completely unrelated. Nothing was done at all that affects chart data loading. That is impossible.

. Please get this fixed before Monday morning.
This is something for you to resolve according to help topic 30 linked above and is going to be system specific.
