data connection disconnnects each time

Hello Support team,

since about a week orso i get very often a data disconnect. Data stops for 10 or 20 seconds after that it reconnects and show the following message

my laptop is connected via an ethernet cable. But having the same issue on all my pc and my laptop (but overall not on the same moment)
I'm connecting via TransAct WS [trading] Live
Asked Transact/infinity futures but they said they have no issue.

We apologize for the delay with the response. You are using an externally provided data feed that is not from Sierra Chart and that is where the problem is.

The recommended solution is as follows:

Update Sierra Chart to the latest version following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Disable Market Data Connection.

Follow the instructions to activate and pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed including the relevant exchanges:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You will not have the described problem with the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Thank you for your reply. I already did that yesterday evening and all is working fine now!!
Great/fast data connection from Denali by the way! Definitely something to promote.
Issue is when a data connection goes down and reconnects a minute later its possible that it reconnects with
a 10 , 20 or even 30 point higher NQ (with the current liquidity) that can lead to dramatical results when
a trade is going against your position.
Anyway thanks again for offering this new stable option from Denali

Are you still noticing an interruption that is taking a whole minute ? You may have a problem with the orders connection to Transact still but the price feed will continue even in that case until such time there is a reconnection and then it only gets interrupted for about 3 seconds or so.
