I need assistance with sierra platform is not working

Hello.I am having problems with sierra platform . Now suddenly I do have denali as the data feed provider.Before when I connected thru TD ameritrade no problem. Whatever the change you did with my account is a disaster. I can not even move or use the scrolling or crosshair without the platform enter a stage like if it is loading or updating or do not know what it is doing with small circle going around not allowing me to access anything .I already update it to the new version. I already reverse it. I installed sierra chart from the beginning and nothing. The only time that works and only for a moment is when you disconnect and connect again. The rest of the time I can not do anything. I hope you can fix it soon.Best regards.

Hello.Since this morning I paid the recurring services and Up until now I am still having problems with the data feed again. data/trade service settings is set to SC data-All services. I am not receiving data feed at all.Price is not moving. I already downloaded the latest version again to see if that may solve the problem but not. Would you be so kind as to help solving this problem?.Thanks in advance. Bill

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:
