Dear Sierra Chart Team,

I signed up for a test trip for the SC data feed Denali on Saturday. I have a few questions about this. Is the trial with realtime data without delay? And is it enough if I connect to SC DATA All Service settings under DATA Trade / Service Settings? What market depth can I use in trial max and where do I set it? Can I book Eurex for this? I am currently using the data feed from CTS-4 via AMP.

How should i proceed if satisfied after the Trial. Denali + Eurex

Many thanks in Advance

Brgds

We do see that you have enabled the Denali Exchange Data Feed along with the CME Group with Market Depth Exchange.

The data feed that you have enabled is Real-Time data from the CME Group of Exchanges.

You will be fine for the rest of the month (February) to leave the Data/Trade Service Settings set to "SC Data - All Services". But in order to continue to use this data feed with the CME Group in March, you will need to connect your Sierra Chart software to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced CME Group exchange fees. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

The market depth for the CME Group using the Denali Exchange Data Feed is 800 levels. You can control the number of levels that are actually received in Sierra Chart using this option:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxDepthLevels

If you want to limit just the display of the levels, but still receive the full 800 levels, then refer to this setting:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

In order to get the EUREX data, you would need to change to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CME Group along with the EUREX exchanges. Refer to the information here about the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

And more importantly we recommend using the Sierra Chart order routing service as compared to CTS:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service:

Thanks for answer.

As I Understand, with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed I can select also the Eurex exchanges.

And the Marketdepth is the same like the Denali Feed.

The cost of 100 Real time Symbols ( is here mentioned the market Depth with 100 Symbols ? ) 35 € per Month.

It`s possible to connect to two Computers at the same time like Denali ?

So the difference in the Price is 35€ to 20€ between SC Exchange Data feed and the denali feed ?

plus 0.10$ for each roundturn for both examples ?

Sorry but I`m still learnig to make my english better :-)

Many thanks in Advance.
Kind regards
Antonino
