Hi, Yes I did the usual restart etc. You asked me to check option for, Use Open GL. This has never been enabled I looked & the check box is unticked. I have removed a no of charts & this hasn't changed anything?. I have looked at the help topic list & I will be honest I'd potentially like some remote help by you on this one as I'm getting nowhere on my own here & I do need this issue solving, please help.

You have to go through a step-by-step procedure, by removing studies one by one and charts one by one and see where the problem is.

And also remove Chart Drawings through Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window.

This is not something we provide remote assistance for.

You can make a copy of the Chartbook which is in the Data Files Folder before making these changes so you can go back to the original one if needed:
General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

And another thing is to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

Also use multiple instances:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

We will put together a step-by-step procedure section to explain what to do. But this is basically a process of elimination and distributing processing load.
