I guess I have run out of things to try in my failed attempts to fix the above referenced problem. I have tried everything I could find to read up on things to try when your futures charts/data feed are NOT UPDATING. It is not a problem with opening the chart with the wrong month or improper symbol.

I normally use an external Rithmic Data Feed for my charts and trading, but this time I am attempting to take nadvantage of the Denali Feed internally. My goal right now is just to demo trade using everything internal to SC. But, I will be subscribing to OneUp Trader by the end of March and bringing my Rithmic feed in the process.

I have never used SC in the way in which I am trying to use it now, so maybe I am overlooking something obvious. However, after devoting the ENTIRE Monday afternoon today attempting to resolve this issue, I am not able to continue devoting ALL of my time trying to get SC up and running. I was hoping someone would be able to look at my setup to see if they can identify why NONE OF MY FUTURES CHARTS are updating.

Thanks in advance for your help,

In order to qualify for, and receive data from, the lower priced Non-Professional CME Group of Exchanges as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to prove that you have a valid, funded, futures trading account. This is a requirement from the CME.

To do this you need to connect to your trading account just once a month for the validation. You have not done this since switching over to the Denali feed.

You should at least be receiving delayed data. And maybe that is all that you need.

If a futures chart is not updating at all, then it probably is the wrong symbol. In this case use Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service:
