I have completed all my payments and agreements, but I still cannot log in to my platform (sierra chart), no data feed registered? Can you please help me with what else I should do. furthermore i cannot register with rtrader to see my account balance. Registration is only possible with a valid data feed, but I have registered and paid for it. I would also need your help here. Thank you very much. best regards |

We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. So you will need to contact your broker AMP about this. You cannot use the Denali data feed without a funded trading account. We recommend that you follow this solution here since you have an account with AMP: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services.
