I have completed all my payments and agreements, but I still cannot log in to my platform (sierra chart), no data feed registered? Can you please help me with what else I should do.
furthermore i cannot register with rtrader to see my account balance. Registration is only possible with a valid data feed, but I have registered and paid for it. I would also need your help here. Thank you very much. best regards

We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. So you will need to contact your broker AMP about this.

You cannot use the Denali data feed without a funded trading account. We recommend that you follow this solution here since you have an account with AMP:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services.

After that, select this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
