We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. So you will need to contact your broker AMP about this.

You cannot use the Denali data feed without a funded trading account. We recommend that you follow this solution here since you have an account with AMP:

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services.

After that, select this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
