GAIN /OEC data feed not working properly this morning. no update

i contacted gain and they are not having issues with the data feed. I have connected and reconnected
and the data is still not correct?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

i had trading locked and i just released that setting and reconnected ? maybe tht did the trick

it keeps sayig i have open orders also and GAIN says i dont have any. i sent a request to fixx this to you guys but you said it was on gain ad gain says i have no open positions
but i really would just like the quotes on and runnign normally

In regards to post #8, you are mentioning dollar numbers without us understanding what are the components of those. And you mentioned $0.20 a side and we do not know what that is referring to either.

i just deleted my last post and i apprecite you being willing to work with me. I am so glad to be moving away from GAIN. thank you!
I am going to open with AMP or Phillips. I absolutely want to use your services for execution. I just filled out the application with AMP and am waiting to hear from Phillips in the AM.

Please do not make any quick decision as to what broker you are going to use if moving from Gain Capital. Let us know what you pay for transaction fees including commissions and any other fees through Gain Capital per side, through a support ticket:
