Of course we are not. You are using the Gain Capital data feed and services. This is not something we have any control over or can help with.

This is why we have developed this service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

What we are planning to do is come up a single package which includes the data feed which we can offer to Gain Capital and other users and work with you to get you migrated away from Gain Capital because this is an unacceptable situation.

We have to consult with the broker and see that the necessary risk functionality is going to be available with our TT order routing and we know you have an interest in Market if Touched orders so so we have to see how to accomplish that as well. We did add support for a market if touched orders in our TT order routing using TT functionality but found out that they were not fully compatible so we have to see what we can do in that regard.

Nevertheless, you can move forward with our order routing service at this time. Instructions are on this page:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

We can help you through the process. Including working with your broker on this.

Gain capital is considered a legacy service from our perspective and it is being phased out.

I appreciate the knowing gain is going to be legacy and i can and will change fcms but for right now I cannot figure out why my quotes on my gain data feed are correct but then when they are put into sierra they are wrong?
Gain says nothing has happened since friday. the only thing that happened is that i let the subscription to sierra chart expire and i renewed or paid it saturday night and now this an entire day wasted fooling around between gain and sierra chart.
No one else at Gain is having any kind of issue with data i spoke with the trade desk and apparently sierra chart isnt having any kind of issues either so somehow something has changed somewhere?

1. the only thing that changed by deduction is that i was locked out of my sierra account saturday and today i am good to go because I paid but now the quotes are messed up? At this point i just want to get the quotes working?

I can change fcms not a big deal for me if GAIN is legacy

Understand that Sierra Chart uses the FIX/FAST data feed from Gain Capital which is not used by anyone else including Gain Capital's own software. The problem is with that system.

You do not have to change clearing firms. Your clearing firm is going to be supporting TT already.

Just and FYI from another user. I was not locked out and the only thing I did was install the current version. I went back to the previous version that was working last week as of the close on Friday the 17th and that has made no difference. So I do not think it was your being locked out. There are others having the same issue.

Based on Sierra's response - maybe it is time for me to get rid of GAIN.
