The mis-time stamped data that Support had a problem with about a month(?) ago is back again at RTH OPEN. It obviously messes up all my charts, but I have showed my "Range per Bar" (1) for clarification. The pictures show the cross-hair at the previous bar 9:29:59 (NY time), then 9:15:48, then the RTH OPEN of 9:30:00. On the higher time (1min,30sec) this really messes up my studies. Why is this caused repeatedly? Thanks.

This is not something we can provide technical support for because this is a non-Sierra Chart data feed you are using. You are using the Transact data feed. The problem is with the Transact data feed. You will need to contact them about this.

We just cannot help with any Transact related issues. It does not help to post it here.

For reference, this is the data feed we recommend using:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And this is the order routing service we recommend using:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

That's what I thought the first time. Then you responded with this on 9-11-2019:

The new version could not have corrected this because we see this incorrect timestamp in the historical data on our server. We are cleaning it up now and we will post here when done.

then this from Support:

Actually we see a lot of timestamp errors going back many days.

then this:
This problem has been going on for weeks. We have cleaned up the data from September 1 onward for now and notified Transact. Follow the instructions here to clean up the timestamp errors:

Yes but the core issue was on the Transact side . We did report the problem to them, and gave them what they need. And it did seem as though they did resolve the problem. We will have to let them know again. Also the out of order timestamps should automatically be filtered out.

I contacted them also about this and am waiting an answer. What do you mean "Also the out of order timestamps should automatically be filtered out."?
Do you mean them, or is there something I should activate on my charts.
Thx

It means that although we see the out of order timestamps in the historical data on our servers, users do not actually receive them. We verified that. So they are of no consequence. But apparently you are getting them from the websocket feed as well and that is why you are seeing them.
