I am new to Sierra Charts but I do not have a Trading account. I have attempted to pay the fees requested to get live data feeds but have not been successful. I would like the $42 professional & non account holder data package. Please advise on how to make this happen.

The Sierra Chart exchange data feed is set up properly on your account.

However, you really should be using this data feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

We will help you switch to it next month.

However, to verify everything is correct, follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for a futures symbol.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
