allow real time updating of historical data.

The irony is that the symbol that I have active is F.US.EPZ19 not the one that recognizes me in that error message and does not let me operate in my demo account since it does not send me data. Please help. Thank you.

Hello,

I am using tradovate as broker. After setting up in sierra, I get a display symbol is unknown. I read from your website that this may be caused by non-authorization on the CQG. However when I contacted Tradovate, they said since I am using Deneli I need to contact you for help. Can you please help?
To be clear, this is how my set up look like;

Broker - Tradovate
Data routing - CQG
Platform - Sierra
Data Feed - Deneli

Thanks for your help. I would like to know if the activation prices quoted there is part of the Deneli package price. Am I paying different money for the activation?

I have done the activation for the full CME group but I still get the same message, SYMBOL IS UNKNOWN.

The exchange fee is an extra cost paid to the exchange. The exchanges are now active on your Sierra Chart. You may need to restart Sierra Chart. Do that following these instructions:
