IB data is fine, even tried switching back and forth between SC and IB data and nothing. Note no depth in dome. Prices on chart not lining up with IB platform

We want you to go to a chart and select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see market depth displayed there?

Not sure why you would have any issue with prices "not lining up". Is there any delay?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The problem we think is relating to having both the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed active and the Denali Exchange data feed active on your Sierra Chart account. This should not be a problem but we need to look into this.

We must see the Message Log as requested above. Here are the instructions again:
