Denali with COMEX market depth - no data

In the form field which asked for broker/FCM, I entered "ADMIS" (ADM I.S.) then my account rep (who's with High Ridge Futures, an I.B.). This account is funded, but hasn't been active for several months.

I also have a funded, live account with Interactive Brokers.

I'm really only interested in access to market depth data for the rest of this month. Delayed is fine, if available.

Hi there, can you re-complete your Uniform Subscriber Agreement with the details from your Futures Trading Account at Interactive Brokers?

Hi, I have added/submitted a UMDSA for the IB account; the previous submission is still listed under Signed Agreements, and I do not see an option to remove it, so I assume that can be handled on your side, if necessary.

Re: delayed streaming data, I can work with the real-time as-recorded to a .mktdepth file, no problem.

I don't know what 'E-mini' contract exists under CBOT exchange, as-compared to say ES & NQ under CME, but I loaded a chart and DOM window for ZS (CBOT Soybean futures), and yes, the Chart and DOM data is updating real-time. To note, I did in-fact request COMEX data with depth, but if CBOT has been provided additionally, or as a (mistaken) substitute, that's fine for now.

On a related but separate topic, I searched the forum and reference docs for loading .depth files, but aside from adding the Mkt Depth Historical Graph study to a Chart, which I tried for a symbol which I confirmed .depth data already exists in the \Data\MarketDepthData subdir, but I'm stuck - can you give a pointer?

Ultimately, I'm just trying to get the depth data exported to a basic format (.txt I assume per other export options within SC, but preferably .csv)

what 'E-mini' contract exists under CBOT exchange

For whatever reason, the index futures for the e-mini DOW contract (YM) is still listed with the CBOT exchange.

Hi SCE,
I enabled the Denali feed for SC ORS today, and shortly after, I completed & submitted a new application for U.S.A. of my F.T.A, using Interactive Brokers, and connected to it via IB Gateway. The application status shows as 'Accepted' in the Exchange Agreements section.

After switching the Data/Trade Service back to SC Futures Order Routing/Data and attempting connection, I get an error message that the Trade account is not assigned. Please advise.

Alternatively, I tried SC Data - All Services and requesting L2 data for NYMEX markets, which I enabled/paid for, but of course that's not working, since I elected for this data through the former service, not latter.

Yes there is no TT trading account assigned. You need to complete this form:

But if you are using Interactive Brokers you just need to connect once a month to authorize the CME data:

But in this case you need to change the Denali data feed option for all services.
