Real AMP account: unstable CQG connection

I recently got a trading account with AMP and CQG data; many times during the day SierraChart loses the connection with CQG for about 2 seconds, and then automatically re-establishes it; it warns me with a message both acoustic and on video.
I have a very fast data line, an optical fiber, and this loss of connection can create problems during fast trading. Can you check if the settings used are correct? What can I do?
I enclose a screenshot of the settings used.

I'm with CQG Fix as well and the last two days I've had several disconnects.

This is unusual, after months of a stable connection.

I imagine it's on CQG's side and I hope they sort it soon.

We recommend that you ask AMP to switch you to Sierra Chart Order Routing Service which is a collaboration with TT (Trading Technologies):

Also, if your focus is the CME Group Exchanges only (CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT) use the Denali Exchange Data Feed :

Technical support from AMP told me that I can switch to Rithmic or TT (FIX), what do you think? Are there any known problems with the 2 indicated?
