I recently got a trading account with AMP and CQG data; many times during the day SierraChart loses the connection with CQG for about 2 seconds, and then automatically re-establishes it; it warns me with a message both acoustic and on video.
I have a very fast data line, an optical fiber, and this loss of connection can create problems during fast trading. Can you check if the settings used are correct? What can I do?
I enclose a screenshot of the settings used.
