Terrible behaviour, I told you there was an issue offered to send you screen shots and you do this! Not great for your rep. A little decency, as a customer I only want to pay for something that works as described, not a work in progress as you mentioned your last message. We did not delete any of your messages and anyone can see that. We have no idea what you are talking about. And we are going to process the refund. This is absolutely completely made up on your part that we deleted your messages. No such thing as happened. Your conduct here is completely abusive. And Sierra Chart does work as described. Saying that it does not work as described is just simply not true at all. And also we have been preparing a response for your ticket, this takes time because we have to give a thorough thoughtful response to answer all of the questions and allegations. And one thing we were going to say is that the ability to trade custom calculated symbols directly as any other symbol is something that will be added within 30 days . This is something that we are doing for another customer.
