Real life data not working/ can't log into data feed

Hello, Ive been trying to log into the data feed using my cqg credentials(on a new device) and it keeps stating incorrect username or password. I contacted Amp Futures, and they said I didn't have a real life data connection even though I do through sierra charts. I did have a message from bar chart asking to resubmit a user agreement. I completed this step as well as established a second live data feed connection through sierra charts. I still can't connect. Does it need to be activated?

You need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Service to SC Data-All Services.

To authorize the CME data, you do need to follow the instructions here and connect to your live trading account:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

And make sure the symbols are correct by selecting this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
