Hi, I m trading with Stage5/sierrachart/rithmic. And Rithmic is regularly disconnected. 2 times I was in a position... Last Friday, i was not in a position but it lasts at least 10 min. So i cannot trade anymore!!! Too dangerous!!! I contacted Stage 5. Ian and Max disapeared... no answer from Stage 5. I contacted Rithmic, they told me to contact Sierrachart. I live in Thailand, and they recommanded to connect to Rithmic in Singapore. How can i do it? Who can i contact? This needs to be fixed soon. It needs to be fixed before Wednesday. Otherwise i quit Sierrachart & Stage 5 & rithmic. I cannot risk to lose all my money. I'm supposed to renew with sierrachart before the 13th, i will not. Rgds, Corinne |

Rithmic and transact are the datafeeds you should avoid. I believe stage 5 offers other data providers, don´t they? Also, you could try the Denali Exchange data feed from Sierra, you can use it in your broker´s platform instead of using rithmic. |

Ah ok, got it. So, in my case, the only futures contracts I am interested in are crude oil, gold, S&P, NASDAQ, Bonds and currency futures. So you recommend the Denali exchange instead of Sierra? They provide CME so basically all contracts I listed, I guess I will have available real time and historical data for all the instruments listed here: https://www.cmegroup.com/ Do I also get real time spot forex data with Denali? How about NYSE market internals? Which data feed provides real time intraday total put/call ratio of NYSE, if I wanted? Also, wanted to know if my math is correct: I pay in full Sierra PKG 5 for 12 months, so it will be like US$25 per month for Sierra usage I pay US$20 for Denali exchange data service (when using Sierra order routing) I pay US$3,25 if I activate full CME without market depth (I don´t use DOM for trading) So with these options would be like US$48,25 per month? Yes you just need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Do I also get real time spot forex data with Denali? How about NYSE market internals?
