Hi,

I m trading with Stage5/sierrachart/rithmic.
And Rithmic is regularly disconnected.
2 times I was in a position...
Last Friday, i was not in a position but it lasts at least 10 min.
So i cannot trade anymore!!! Too dangerous!!!

I contacted Stage 5. Ian and Max disapeared... no answer from Stage 5.
I contacted Rithmic, they told me to contact Sierrachart.
I live in Thailand, and they recommanded to connect to Rithmic in Singapore.
How can i do it?
Who can i contact?

This needs to be fixed soon.
It needs to be fixed before Wednesday.
Otherwise i quit Sierrachart & Stage 5 & rithmic.
I cannot risk to lose all my money.

I'm supposed to renew with sierrachart before the 13th, i will not.
