I have recently begun using my laptop to run sierra charts with my interactive brokers data feed . . .currently i cannot get the date for any bar that is not the current bar . . .regardless of timeframe: 5min., 30 min etc... how do i get the historical pricing to show when move the crosshair??? thank you

Follow the instructions here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Using Sierra Chart Historical Data If there still is a problem then follow the instructions below: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog ---- Additionally another thing we can think of is that the chart is scrolled all the way to the left, so you are only seeing the most recent bar. Try to select the left arrow at the bottom of the chart to scroll the chart bars to the right.
