Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Additionally another thing we can think of is that the chart is scrolled all the way to the left, so you are only seeing the most recent bar. Try to select the left arrow at the bottom of the chart to scroll the chart bars to the right. For more information on scrolling the chart, refer to the following:
