I am an Infinity client. Due to problems with the Transact Feed, Denali Feed was "trialled". I wish to continue with the Denali Feed, but am not sure how to complete the Forms.
Do I have to choose a Service Package (since I am an Infinity client0?
The Exchange Agreement asks for Trading Account No., Clearing Firm, and Salesperson. I imagine I am to write the Number of my Infinity Trading account, and I don't know who Infinity clear through???
I also imagine that once I have done these Forms I can choose which Data Feed I desire??

You should first try Prerelease version 1982 in September and see how the Transact data feed works and see if you still notice a lag. Here are the instructions to update:

There can be no doubt at all, that you have a problem with your Internet connection. You are not receiving data for a period of time from four different servers of ours in different data centers and geographical locations:

You will need someone to look into this on your side. This is not going to be within the scope of our support.

We also notice this. This may be from the time you were using Transact data. Follow the instructions below:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

I've had the prerelease version installed and already I can see that the Transact feed it not the same as the Infinity DOM. The Transact Feed is often 2-3 ticks away from DOM and sometimes it just hangs without new data.

Could someome call me on Australia 0435515536 to advise me on subscribing to Denali please.

if someone could call me as a matter of important please... I cannot trade without accurate data... I have screen shots if you like to show the difference between DOM and Charting.
