Need some assistance to get going please

Hi, I’m sorry my original message wasn’t very clear. What I want is to connect my Sierra platform to a data feed so I can trade directly from the Sierra charts. I just can’t seem to form a picture of how to achieve that. I have the AMP funded account. I have CQG Live login. I would like to trade (both demo and live) but I have no connect to data feed option on my Sierra platform despite entering the CQG login details. I am not sure whether I need either Denali or your other Sierra data feed if I have cqg? AMP directed me to fill in some details about which exchange i want access to, but I don’t know if I need to take any other steps to connect. Sorry, completely confused.

You do not need to use any Sierra Chart provided data feed. We will cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account. It is not needed.

You can use the CQG data feed.

It sounds like you already have Sierra Chart connected the CQG. For us to confirm follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
