Large delay in realtime intraday chart.

Hi, The issue I'm having is, I thought the SC realtime intraday chart data, wasn't updating at all, but seems to be updating every 30 mins to an hour, on a one minute time period. As I left the chart open overnight on the ES and realized this. I have triple checked, to make sure I am subscribed to realtime data, exchange agreements signed, and selecting a symbol that is for that exchange, and also connected my funded account. My message log shows connected to realtime allowed etc. Is there a chart settings I am missing somewhere? Sorry new subscriber here, I have been over pretty much all the FAQs, and write ups on why realtime data would not be working. Everything seems to check out, but no tick by tick data, just a huge print of bars every hour or so, right up to the current price. Forex data updates realtime fine, just the futures data is giving me fits. Thanks |
