Hello SC Support,

I am looking into paying for a package 5 subscription for three (3) months to test out. I have a few questions to help understand the process if you can kindly reply.

First, a few things to give you an idea of my trading platform/connections. I trade only the ES and NQ. I use NinjaTrader8 (NT8) as my execution platform with CQG data feed. In addition, I also use TD Ameritrade.

Questions:
1) If I'm running TD Ameritrade, can I use the futures data feed to connect to SC to receive real-time futures data.
2) If No to Question 1 above, can I connect SC with my current CQG data feed from NT8 to receive real-time futures data.
3) If NO to above Question 1 + 2, then could you provide a monthly quote for how much it would cost for Package 5 + CME (ES/NQ) live data feed

Thank you,

Yes. This is the data feed you need to use:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Is using CQG with my current connection with NT8 an option as well?

Yes but there are complications with that. Refer to:
Using Sierra Chart with Ninja Trader Brokerage

Although it can be done.

Ok. Since there are complications, I will not use CQG data.

Now I'm trying to understand the data feed process. So if I want to use SC and receive live futures data then I would need to sign up for Denali Exchange Data Feed which is $30/monthly. IN addition to signing up for Denali Exchange, I would also need to active exchange for CME with Market Depth for non professional trading accounts for $5.25/monthly. Is that Correct?

Denali Exchange $30 + Exchange Activation $5.25 = $35.25/monthly

Is that correct?

Thanks

Ok thank you.

So then basically Denali + activation would not require TD Ameritrade right? This connection would be independent?

Also, I noticed this subscription allows up to 2 computer systems? I have 1 desktop at home and another at second location. Would both be able to use simultaneously?

1. You would need to have Trading Account with a Supported Trading Service, such as TD Ameritrade.

2. Yes, you would be able to use it from both computers.
