trouble downloading symbol data

for some reason historical data is not downloading, is there a reason for this, maybe a setting i applied by mistake

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Still not downloading, just says download failed and this is whats in the message

This is definitely not helpful.

We need to see the entire Message Log. Follow the instructions below:

We see you are using IQ Feed. We want you to do two things. Update to the latest IQ Feed software:
http://www.iqfeed.net/index.cfm?displayaction=support§ion=download


And update to the latest Sierra Chart version:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
