How do I load up all the daily volume for the past year?
See screenshot. Volume doesnt go back very far.

Alternatively. How do I download this daily data (including the volume data) into your spreadhseet chart?

You need to make the chart a Continuous Contract chart. Refer to the documentation here for this feature:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

To get the data in a spreadsheet, the easiest thing to do is to just add a Spreadsheet Study to the chart, and the data is automatically loaded into the initial columns.

But, depending on what you want to do with the data, you may need just an independent spreadsheet, in which case, just copy the columns you want and open a new spreadsheet by selecting File >> New Spreadsheet and then paste the data into that spreadsheet.
