Your post above says the initial price for non routing customers was to be USD25 but when I go to the control panel it says USD30.

Can you please clarify

Yes we did not yet adjust this price but there is not going to be any cost for you this month since you already have the existing Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active.

Will current Exchange Data Feed customers automatically be switched over to the Denali Feed or should we be subscribing to this new feed and things happen from there?

Gradually everyone who is using CME data only with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed will be moved over this month. But you are welcome to just switch over to it at any time.

I have enabled it on my account but it took $29.06 in addition to my monthly data feed of $25. Please reimburse the $29.06.
Also Crude is not updating in real-time.

I have just realised I have not included NYMEX in my list of supported exchanges. Please change my exchange to the full CME group one (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts).

Thanks

I can see the option:
"CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Symbols: CME, GBLX"
has been deactiated now, did you do that? Is it realy deactivated? as I do not want to run into problems when I activate the full CME exchange.

This was never deactivated. It is still activated on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You need to keep in mind the Denali Exchange Data Feed is fully separate with its own exchanges and activations.

Does this mean that if I activate the exchange for the new data feed I have two exchanges activated and paid for? Is it possible to deactivate the first one and activate the second one? How are you going to migrate everybody from the current data source to the new one?
[2019-07-02 19:18:07]
Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Yes but on the new Denali Exchange Data Feed, since the CME allows one exchange fee trial in any 12 month period, you can activate it without being billed.

The two data feeds can be active at the same time. Where there is an overlap with exchanges, the Denali Exchange Data Feed takes precedence when feeding Sierra Chart data.

SC, just for clarification... when you mean only CME does this also mean NO Market Stats? or dont you count that as an exchange and it'll be available with your new feed option?
[2019-07-05 09:28:38]
Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Market statistics are included with the Sierra Chart Service Packages. This new data feed provides data from exchanges. It is not related to market statistics. Nothing changes in regards to the market statistics you already have.

For the "Denali Exchange Data Feed for other services", the price on the site is $30 / month. And, in one message, you said the actual price is $25 / month, but you have not changed yet.
Can you confirm the price is $25. Tks

This is all super confusing. I just signed up to Sierra today. I need level 2 data for ES and CL as well as MP and TPO charts. So I payed for the $36 monthly subscription in addition to $25 data subscriptions and $15.75 full CME subscription. It seems that I overpaid. How can I contact someone to change my subscription to the new priced one. Also worst of all it seems that I'm still not getting the proper data feed (hard to tell for sure with the market closed), but I get this message in the log: Notice: Not connected to Live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees. | 2019-07-07 15:49:57.098

EDIT> I have a trading account with IG.com but they don't connect with Sierra. I did sign the declaration about being a non-pro trader and having a broker. Please help :(

Cool. Tks Sierra Chart Engineering.

Spurious :
IG is not a Futures Broker (FCM). You must avec a Funded Futures broker for have the discount CME (15$).
Like IB, Transact, Gain or all broker who use TT or CQG.

It's like the old SC data feed:

So I have to pay $115 OUCH! Can you please assist me in upgrading to that package without losing what I paid for already (pay the difference)?

For lower prices you need to have a funded account with one of the many FUTURE contract Brokers. IG is offering CFDs. The pricing is ruled by the exchanges themself...prices cant be set by SC.

It is confusing because the CME makes it confusing. You did not overpay. You underpaid. The exchange fees for what you want are going to be 42 USD + 115 USD per month in addition to the cost of the data feed at 25 USD per month plus the cost of Sierra Chart at 36 USD per month. If this is ok, we will make the necessary change for you. Otherwise, we can refund the data feed. Let us know what you want to do.

It does not help to have the IG account in regards to lowering the cost of the exchange fees.

Start a ticket and let us know what you want us to do based on the above:

Its actually worse than that since I would need two separate $115 subscriptions to get both ES and CL from CME ($115) and NYMEX ($115). I'm glad I can get them both for free for a month, but I'm seriously evaluating my broker options. Thanks.

You can get the ES futures for 42 USD per month. Not 115 USD per month.

Have you any plan to add the US Stocks (Nyse, Nasdaq...) to the "Denali Exchange Data Feed"?
