Daily chart shows a low of 2815 (same as prior day) when other sources (inc your intraday data) indicate low was 2840.50. Why the discrepancy? This error was also evident on yest High price - 2858 on daily and 2860 on intraday. Please check your data source and confirm. This information affects trade decisions. Data accuracy is a must.

Based on what you are describing, for some reason that Historical Daily chart data is not up-to-date. Use this command to update the Historical Daily charts:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts

We see the correct low for that symbol for that date.

Thu 2019-05-16 00:00:00.000 Begin Time
Region 1
ESM19 Daily #3 ()
Price Chg: 23.50
Open: 2853.50
High: 2894.00
Low: 2840.50
Last: 2878.50
Volume: 1649462

Also you are using SC Data-All Services. And you are not using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. So that chart is not going to update in real time. The values you see during the current day are not going to be accurate to the present moment when you look at them. Complete information can be found here:

Hi, I subscribed to the 2 week trial data feed and CME/GBLX exchanges. I have also restarted and then deleted and downloaded historical data as suggested and still find the daily data incorrect as per my earlier observation above. I am connected to 'SC Data - all services' and have enabled 'Allow support for sierra chart data services'. I am seeing the [M] symbol and data appears to be updating real time on intraday charts and DOM.

Are you able to see from your end if theres anything I am doing wrong?

Give us an example when you notice a problem. Post an image of a chart following these instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage

And tell us what the specific issue is at that time.

A report like this is quite uncommon.

See link below. The bar in question is the 4th bar from the right (16/5/19) and has the same low as the prior bar which is incorrect.

That is correct according to the data here:

That's interesting as that's where I was looking also on the daily chart here:
https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/e-mini-sandp500_quotes_globex.html?optionProductId=138&optionExpiration=138-

Further, if you look at the intraday chart the low for the trading day is 2840.50 on 16/5/19 not 2815.00, it didn't come near it. I understand the difference between the last traded price and settlement price for the day's close but this doesn't explain the intraday price difference. Intraday chart attached.

If you have questions about the CME data you must contact the exchange. We are definitively not going to provide any help like this here. This is not within the scope of our support.
