Based on what you are describing, for some reason that Historical Daily chart data is not up-to-date. Use this command to update the Historical Daily charts: Edit Menu: Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts We see the correct low for that symbol for that date. And you are not using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. So that chart is not going to update in real time.
