That's interesting as that's where I was looking also on the daily chart here: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equity-index/us-index/e-mini-sandp500_quotes_globex.html?optionProductId=138&optionExpiration=138- Further, if you look at the intraday chart the low for the trading day is 2840.50 on 16/5/19 not 2815.00, it didn't come near it. I understand the difference between the last traded price and settlement price for the day's close but this doesn't explain the intraday price difference.
